William V. Adams was born in Tuscaloosa, AL on July 21, 1970. His Paternal Grandfather, William C. Adams Sr, is a 33rd Degree Mason served as Treasurer for his Lodge for over 60 years. His paternal Grandmother, Rosie Adams, is also a 50 year member of The Order of Eastern Stars. They are responsible for introducing William to the friends and family of Freemasonry.  

Graduating from Cross Keys High School in 1988 after which time he gained employment with Grainger, where he worked his way up to Branch Manager. After seventeen years with Grainger and holding every position within the company, he ventured out in 2004 to work for himself. He currently works as a Full-Time Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty.

In November 2008 after experiencing a personal tragedy he decided to rededicate himself to the craft and other personal goals. In July 2009 he successfully completed his Real Estate Brokers Course and in August found a Lodge home with THE Derwin Brown Masonic Lodge UD.  

William received his Entered Apprentice Degree in Brothers of Faith No. 819 on August 1992, passed to the degree of Fellowcraft on January 1992, and raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on April 14, 1993.

William is the proud father of three children and attends Stronghold Christian Church in Lithonia, GA, where he serves as a Youth Basketball Coach.

Brother Adams theme is one that is very close to him, "To Thy Own Self Be True." He believes when you truthful to yourself only then can you be truthful to everyone else.
